Refund and Cancellation Policy

TO: All perspective students

Tuition for a Basic Rider Course through Bangor Area Motorcycle School (BAM school) is $390.00.  A non-refundable deposit of $200 must be paid in order to reserve a spot in a class. The remaining balance must be paid by the morning of the first day of class. 

In the even of a class cancellation by BAM School due to lack of enrollment, instructor illness, or any other unforeseen circumstance, the student is entitled to either a refund or placement in the next available class, whichever the student prefers. A no show by the student is considered a forfeiture of tuition.

Requirements for passing the course to receive a certificate include; completion of the on-line ecourse, 15 hours of instruction excluding breaks and lunches, an 80% passing grade on the written test and a satisfactory score on the skills test. 

BAM School reserves the right to terminate, without refund, any student if we feel they could harm themselves, others, or equipment.
